WECO Rail digitalizes its freight transport operations

WECO Rail GmbH provides safe and efficient freight transport across national and international networks, with expertise in intermodal container transport and hazardous goods transport.

However, planning, tracking, and accurate reporting of train journeys, container movements and transported goods causes a considerable burden of administrative and procedural effort. WECO Rail is now tackling these challenges head-on and relying on our freight transport management software:

  • Efficient train composition and smooth allocation of vehicles and personnel
  • Automated generation of consignment notes, wagon lists and brake sheets
  • User-friendly container management, including seamless traceability of movements and cargo
  • Automated TAF TSI-compliant train data reporting to infrastructure operators in Austria and Germany
  • Automatic generation of reports for national statistical authorities, funding agencies, and the Federal Railway Authority

With our Boom Rail Operations, WECO Rail combines its highest safety standards with state-of-the-art technology – resulting in greater transparency, efficiency, and reliability across its logistics services.

At the kick-off at WECO Rail’s Styrian site in Wundschuh, we set the project on track together.

Thank you for your trust – we’re looking forward to the collaboration.
