Modern technologies, dedicated people, and innovative solutions for the railway industry of tomorrow: As part of the ORF TV program “Die Zukunftsmacher” (“The Future Makers”), we joined forces with our customer, Steiermärkische Landesbahnen, to demonstrate how digitalization helps make rail vehicle maintenance safer, more reliable, and more efficient.
On May 27, filming took place at Boom Software’s headquarters in Leibnitz and at the StB maintenance workshop in Werndorf. The feature gave viewers exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into our daily work and highlighted how digital solutions are driving the evolution of modern rail vehicle maintenance.
With more than 30 years of experience and a team of around 100 employees, Boom Software develops innovative software solutions for the railway industry. As an established technology company and employer in the region, we combine in-depth industry expertise with digital innovation to create solutions that help shape the future of mobility.
Our colleagues Miloš and Michal guided viewers through the feature, demonstrating how our software solutions make maintenance processes more efficient, transparent, and future-ready. They also shared a personal perspective on their work, showing that behind every software solution are dedicated people who understand the challenges of the railway industry through hands-on experience.
We are proud to have been featured in “Die Zukunftsmacher”, giving us the opportunity to share our passion for railways, showcase our daily work, and, above all, introduce the people behind our innovative solutions.
A special thank you goes to ORF Steiermark for the professional feature, Steiermärkische Landesbahnen for the opportunity to demonstrate our solution in a real-world maintenance environment, and, most importantly, to our dedicated team, whose expertise, commitment, and passion contribute to Boom’s success every single day.
