Flex Eisenbahnwerkstatt: rail workshop with rail vehicle

Flex introduces end-to-end digital workshop management

Flex Eisenbahnwerkstatt is a young, modern locomotive maintenance provider with a stationary workshop in Leipzig as well as mobile service teams.

To manage growing requirements in capacity and workforce planning as well as in order and material management, Flex was looking for a solution to digitally connect and optimize its workflows.

With Boom Rail Solutions, the company is implementing an ECM-oriented software to replace paper-based processes and support its future growth: from quotations to order planning and execution, all the way through to documentation and invoicing, the system creates full transparency across resources and day-to-day operations.

As part of the project, Boom also provides the cloud hosting, enabling Flex to benefit from a scalable solution – without the effort of operating its own IT infrastructure.

The benefits: more efficient workshop operations, reduced lead times, and improved capacity utilization.

We sincerely thank Flex Eisenbahnwerkstatt for their trust and look forward to supporting their digital transformation journey.
