Flixtrain in motion

Boom Rail Solutions Go-Live at FlixTrain

FlixTrain offers affordable long-distance passenger rail services in Germany. Their success speaks for itself as both their travel offerings and fleet continue to expand.

We are therefore very proud that, following an intensive test phase, the asset and maintenance management of FlixTrain’s passenger train fleet is now operating fully digital with Boom Rail Solutions.

To ensure punctual, reliable train services while managing a growing and increasingly complex fleet, FlixTrain chose a scalable standard software solution for efficient, ECM-compliant asset and maintenance management.

Boom Rail Solutions convince by enabling:

  • Seamless management of the entire maintenance lifecycle – from integrating specifications and planning required measures to stabling planning and recommissioning
  • Increased transparency and planning reliability
  • Time- and cost-efficient maintenance and stabling planning
  • Flexible planning – even when short-term interruptions occur

A key reason for choosing Boom Rail Solutions was the standardization based on industry best practices, combined with the flexibility to meet Flixtrain’s operational requirements.

A big thank you to both FlixTrain’s and our project team for the great collaboration. We’re excited to continue supporting FlixTrain as a strong partner and help shape the future of sustainable travel.
